Hi! My girlfriend and I reached level 10, and she got a mount trial, but I didn't. It said if she upgraded the game, it would be unlocked permanently.. so I thought maybe if I upgraded my game, I would get the raptor too, so we could run around together. In your Control Options menu, under Mounts, you will find Mount Ability 1 and Mount Ability 2. For the skyscale, these keybinds translate to Dash and Decrease altitude respectively. By default, your character can dash using the V , and decrease altitude using C . You know because you get enough EXP to get to level three immediately with the personal story reward after the tutorial instead of just enough to get to level two.
